6.0l, eh? I like the initiative, but something tells me that stock Nissan gearbox and rear end are probably only a few hard launches away from self destruction.

They hold up fine be hind the N issan 5.6 V8 , i wouldnt be concerned about them.

They don’t. The 5.6 fits nicely into the engine bay , same frame as the Pathfinder, which you could get with a V8 . Adapter plate to mount the 6 speed to the V8, rear end is plenty stout, transmission is near bullet proof. Clutches can be built to take the abuse. Its a early truck some programming and such isn’t a big deal. Just time and money.
